Jobs for Community
In conjunction with Women's Day, we are launching Jobs for Community - a 3-month paid apprenticeship program in collaboration with WOMEN:girls, specifically meant to help the B40 women.
What is it?
Through this program, we hope to immerse these women in the florist industry and equip them with useful upskilling training as a way of increasing their future employability; all while also providing them with a comfortable living wage. We believe everyone deserves an opportunity to bloom & grow!
What will they learn?
As part of our apprenticeship program, candidates will be taught different skills from floral & gift crafting to logistics & operations. Available apprenticeship roles:
Florist Assistant · Junior Florist · Gift Artisan · Pick Packer · Inventory Assistant
Who can join?
We hope to help as many underprivileged women as possible with this program:
Age: Between 18 - 40 years old
Income: Women from the B40 community (household income below RM 4,850)
Education: At least SPM level or equivalent
Location: Only applicable to Klang Valley & Penang residents.
